1. Is your company insured ? 

Yes, we are insured !

2. Do you and your cleaners have background checks?
Yes ! Our cleaners are background checked prior to working in your home. 

3. Do you bring your own supplies ?
Yes, please let us know if there is any cleaning chemicals you need us to avoid in your home and any allergies. Our chemicals are safe for our health and yours. 


4. Will I have the same cleaner, day and time every clean ? 
We strive to aim our best for consistency, however things do change. We will always make sure you are comfortable having a different cleaner come. That being said we will also make sure that cleaner has been in your home and are comfortable as well. 

5. How do I book ?
You can book many ways ! You can call, text, email, use our booking app or choose to book through one of our social medias. 

6. Will I be charged for a cancellation ? 
We get life happens. Please try and give us as much notice as possible. If you are sick we do ask that you absolutely reschedule. This is keeping our other clients, our families and selves going. 

7. Does you company close for holidays ?
We do not. We will work through, we do take stat holidays off to spend with our families. 

8. How long will my cleaning take ? 
We do have a 3 hour min. This helps keep our costs lower but also help pay for us to run. Each home is different so this all depends on many factors. 

10. Do I need to be home ?
Not at all. Many of our clients provide access to the home. If you are more comfortable with being home we also don't mind !

11. Do you work in homes with pets ?
Absolutely ! We do ask if pets may be uncomfortable with us, you introduce slowly or have them crated or in a room. We do pet of the month so your pet may just be on our facebook page !
